Claude Beauregard, P. Eng., Chief Executive Officer, Director
Claude Beauregard is a recognized visionary and expert in telecommunications and wireless technologies. Through his leadership, Claude excels at bringing the
best out of executive teams to deliver impressive results. Of notable mention is his participation in Microcell's successful first national network deployment
under Charles Sirois' leadership. His board governance knowledge and guidance has brought him to hold a number of director and advisory positions in companies such
as Telegescom Inc. (Microcell), Intasys Corporation, Spectra Telecom, Espion/ESP Media, Lumenon, Groupe Soprin, Popfone, Optinet and Radical Horizons. A serial
entrepreneur, Claude is President of BCT Experts-Conseils, and formerly President & CEO of Intasys Corporation, President of Genitec Telecommunications and
Vice-president of Groupe Soprin. Claude holds a Bachelor's Degree of Applied Science and Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
Paul Bolduc, MBA, President
Paul Bolduc has built a track record of success leading start-ups, turnarounds and growing business units, with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the
high-tech industry. He has held a variety of executive positions spanning finance, operations, business development, product development and executive leadership with
companies such as Clearnet (acquired by Telus), Convergia (privately held, operational), IPricot (acquired by i2e Technologies), a venture-backed company in the satellite
telecommunications industry, Talk Dynamics (acquired by Clear-Com), and MedConnex (privately held, operational). Paul is a driven and passionate entrepreneurial leader with
diverse industry and functional expertise, with a tenacious commitment to drive sales and market share growth, execute on plan and work through exceptional talent to
"make it happen". Paul holds two business degrees in finance, including an MBA from the Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Montréal.
Andre Beauchesne, Director
Andre Beauchesne has been involved in the marketing and advertising industry for over 25 years. He is founder of the Tank advertising agency, and co-founder
of the Bos advertising agency. During his tenure, Andre has developed numerous award-winning campaigns for recognized Canadian companies in various industries.
He has been involved in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years, and has developed successful campaigns for reputable accounts such as Bell Canada and
Microcell/Fido Solutions. Andre is also involved in numerous non-profit organizations, either as a board member or advisor. Andre holds a Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration from Laval University.
Daniel Trudeau, P. Eng., MBA, PMP, Chief Operations Officer
Daniel Trudeau has over 30 years of experience in the engineering consulting and telecommunications industries. Passionate about start-ups and
technology, his unique combination of entrepreneurship and operations management has led him to bring emerging companies such as Telegescom Inc.
(Microcell Inc.), Spectra Telecommunication Inc., and Look Communications into fully operational businesses. Daniel has also led publicly traded companies,
namely as President & CEO of Anticus International Corporation (OTCBB), and as Vice-President, Operations for Intasys Corporation (NASDAQ). As General Manager
at AVW-TELAV Audio-visual Solutions, he led national sales and operations for a business unit. Daniel holds a Bachelor's Degree of Applied Science and Mechanical
Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. He also holds an MBA from the Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Montreal. He is also a certified
Project Manager Professional (PMP).
